Equipment Turn-In
Equipment turn-in will be held on Sunday, November 13th, 9:00am-3:00pm at Sentinel Self Storage (15555 SW Tualatin Sherwood Road - across Tualatin Sherwood Road from Target).
Please come during your assigned time:
- 3rd/4th: 9am-11am
- 5th/6th: 11am-1pm
- 7th/8th: 1pm-3pm
All equipment that was checked out including the game jersey must be returned clean, dry and in good condition. All equipment must be completely dry for storage over the winter. Helmets must have all temporary tape and tape residue removed. Please leave the burgundy and black S's and stripes on the helmet - only remove temporary tape placed on helmets for names, numbers, being a striper, etc.

If equipment is not received, an invoice will be sent. Players who do not return all equipment may be ineligible to play for SYFA next season.
At equipment turn-in, players will receive their end-of-season gift: a personalized t-shirt.
